SCP designs and builds highly customized pool environments around the architecture of the home, the characteristics of the site, and the way the client wants to use the space. The pool may be the centerpiece, but the surrounding details are what create the complete experience.
Depending on the project, that can include integrated spas, sun shelves, architectural water features, retaining walls, patios, landscaping, lighting, outdoor kitchens, and gathering areas. By considering these elements together, we can create a finished environment that feels cohesive from every viewpoint.
SCP takes on major renovations that go well beyond changing finishes. These projects rethink how a home functions, flows, and feels while respecting its architecture and the people who live there.
Our remodeling work can include complete interior transformations, structural reconstruction, additions, primary suites, kitchens, bathrooms, and the connections between indoor and outdoor spaces. In some homes, that means working from the bones of the structure and carefully building it back. One recent whole-home rehabilitation required significant structural work, including the installation of a 46-foot beam to properly rebuild and open the home.
Thoughtful design, quality construction, and strong project management all matter. SCP coordinates those pieces so the finished home feels intentional rather than like a series of unrelated improvements.
The best outdoor environments function as a true extension of the home. They create natural places to cook, dine, gather, relax, and enjoy the property in different ways.
SCP brings the many parts of an outdoor project together: pools and spas, patios, pool houses, covered structures, outdoor kitchens, fireplaces and fire features, retaining walls, walkways, landscaping, lighting, audio, and recreational spaces. Every project is shaped around the home, the site, and how the client wants the space to work.
Because these projects involve multiple trades and closely connected decisions, coordination is essential. SCP manages the construction as one environment so materials, elevations, structures, circulation, and finishing details work together.
SCP also accepts select ground-up residential projects. We are not a volume home builder. We are most interested in custom homes where thoughtful design, quality execution, and careful coordination are central to the project.
